Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within the same business day. Orders received after 3 PM CST are processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Texan Wire Wheels has the highest QC standards during the production and post-production stages. Our products are tested thoroughly before shipping. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. The following terms and conditions constitute our Return Policy.

Time-Period

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

RMA Steps

Please follow the steps to complete a return:

1 Call us at 1-877-84-SWANG (79264) or email at 30spoke@texanwirewheels.com to obtain an RMA number.

2 Include the provided RMA document in the package, which will indicate where the product(s) should be returned.

3 Ship the product(s) being returned back to us and forward a copy of the tracking information for timely processing of the RMA.

4 Once the package is received, refunds are processed within 1 to 5 business days. For exchanges, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange a new order.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us and ensuring the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Texan Wire Wheels.

In the case of a defect or error on our part, the return shipping fee will be waived
