Shipping & Returns Policy

Texan Wire Wheels shipping policy includes shipping to customers in the Continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, and worldwide. Please note that customers outside the United States are fully responsible for all applicable duties related to their orders.

Shipping

  • Packing – Every order that Texan Wire Wheels™ ships out is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure against damage during shipping. We ship via UPS Ground.

  • Delivery – Orders are processed within three business days after payment confirmation. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery.

  • Order Tracking – After your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. Please ensure that the email you provide at the time you place your order is correct.

Returns

  • Order Cancellations/Refusal 

    • Refusal to accept a shipped order is subject to a $100 per wheelset restocking fee + shipping cost.

  • Please understand that Texan Wire Wheels prepares each order, especially for you, the customer. Even before the merchandise is delivered to you, these items incur shipping, warehouse, and administrative costs. Mounting and balancing, for example, takes a great deal of time and care. Also, many times special orders have to be especially shipped from our manufacturing center to our warehouse facilities to complete your order. As a result, order cancellations before shipping shall be subject to a $100 per wheel cancellation fee. The good thing is that you did buy from Texan Wire Wheels, and to satisfy every customer, Texan Wire Wheels does offer courtesy exchanges free of charge on merchandise that has not yet shipped.

  • To receive a courtesy exchange the customer must contact the Texan Wire Wheels Customer Service Department at 1-877-847-9264 (press option 3) before the merchandise ships.

  • Exchanges For Defective / Damaged Products – All sales are FINAL. Texan Wire Wheels does not offer refunds.

    • Customers must notify Texan Wire Wheels by phone at 1-877-84-SWANG™ or contact us via email within 48 hours of order receipt that an exchange is requested. No returned product will be accepted without prior authorization.

    • Texan Wire Wheels only grants exchanges for damaged or defective products and only if the product usage is in accordance with our warranty. Please ensure that you read our Warranty.

    • Merchandise and accessories must be properly packaged and shipped in brand-new condition. All exchanges are carefully inspected to verify brand-new condition.

    • While we understand that you may need to have your ordered rims balanced, we WILL NOT exchange any rims that have been mounted and/or used on a vehicle.

  • Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Generally – Credits will be issued to the credit card, PayPal®, or Google account used on the order. If payment was received by cash, money order, check, Western Union, wire transfer, or direct deposit, Texan Wire Wheels will refund by check to the shipping address. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
