Order Cancellation / Refusal

• Refusal to accept a shipped order is subject to a $100 per wheel set restocking fee + shipping cost.
  
   

Exchanges For Defective or Damaged Product

• Customer must notify Texan Wire Wheels via phone at 323.402.5671 or email at 30spoke@texanwirewheels.com within 10 days of order receipt that an exchange is requested.

• Texan Wire Wheels only grants exchanges for damaged or defective product and only if the product usage is in accordance with our warranty. Please ensure that you thoroughly read our Warranty.

• Merchandise and accessories must be properly packaged and shipped in brand new condition. All exchanges are carefully inspected to verify new condition.
